This is Genesis' second live album, dating from the period of the 'A Trick of the Tail' & 'Wind and Wuthering' period. Strangely enough, the album hasn't a single track from the latter (except for the short 'Afterglow').
Two years after Peter Gabriel’s exit, Genesis’ second live album captures Phil Collins as full-fledged frontman. Recorded in Paris in 1976 and ’77, the double-LP balances accessible singles with flights of fancy like “Firth of Fifth” and the 24-minute “Supper’s Ready.”
