I login using my email and a password and I believe (from the information provided) that from September 2024 I need to authenticate this login with a further step in addition to an email and password.

Enter your details of the issue, for example, account recovery. Then tap Contact Support in the bottom left corner. Choose from the following categories: Other Products, Manage account security.

I already typed in the code from the phone number recovery but it keep saying since i have two step authentication on, I will need recovery email address to continue.
