26 de jun. de 2024 · Microsoft changed my Hotmail account to Outlook without my knowledge. I never renamed or did anything. I simply signed in to my Hotmail account at www.hotmail.com, entered my ID and password, and was greeted with "Welcome to Outlook." My entire Inbox was erased! All my past emails, folders, documents, and pictures are gone. It is completely blank.

26 de jun. de 2024 · While trying to log in, log in page directs me to verification site, saying that to 'help them secure my account' they want me to verify my identity. Now, I changed my password (and successfully received verification code to my mobile number used for the account). I tried to log in, however it still wanted me to verify my identity.
