The composition of the group changed. Gradually, the musicians with whom Anderson started back in Blackpool returned to Jethro Tull, bassist Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond, drummer Barry Barlow, pianist John Evan. In this composition, "Jethro Tull" recorded his most, perhaps, famous record "Aqualang" (1971).
選曲は良心的でその点では入門編としてはもってこいである。しかしながら選曲そのものがセカンドの「stand up」から「songs from the wood」までに限られておりjethro tullの代表曲を網羅しきってはいないので、今では「the very best of」の方がずっとありがたい。
