The Perodua Kelisa is a city car from Malaysian automaker Perodua. It was launched in 2001 as the successor to the Perodua Kancil. The Kelisa was sold alongside the older Kancil, and both were eventually replaced by the Perodua Viva in 2007.

It was based on the fifth-generation Mira, codenamed L700, and came with either an 850-cc ED-DE engine that was also found in the Kancil and a 1.0-litre EJ-DE DOHC engine.

The Kelisa set a benchmark for fun-to-drive Peroduas, even if a British ape who was fired for throwing a tantrum over cold meals destroyed it.
