It's not a hard, or even a soft, reinvention, but it is the band's most ambitious affair since Lights and Sounds , straying even farther from their traditional pop-punk formula than that album ever dared to.

In the Eastern District Court, Judge Joan Azrack ordered Sean Novis, 53, to serve seven-and-a-half years behind bars and Gary Denkberg, 59, to five-and-a-half years.
