22 de mar. de 2016 · “The fact is, I’m from a showbusiness family,” Chris says. His mother was a dancer who worked in numerous shows around Blackpool; his father was as a sales rep for the gas board. Chris played in a local brass band, the Norman Memorial Band (they’re still going) and with the cadet force at school.
Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe met in a hi-fi shop, Chelsea Record Centre, on 203 King's Road, in Chelsea, London on 19 August 1981. Tennant had purchased a Korg MS-10 synthesizer which sparked a conversation with Lowe.
