Lid vs. Larry Flynt je jeden z Formanových filmových klenotů. Ač to bude znít odvážně, není o nic horší než Amadeus, či Přelet nad kukaččím hnízdem. Na silném dramatickém příběhu se mi líbí to, že ukazuje amreický sen tak trochu jinak.

Milos Forman's The People vs. Larry Flynt is candy-coated but it's an extremely entertaining & excessive biopic about the founder of Hustler magazine, who relentlessly fought to preserve first amendment rights/ freedom of speech. Woody Harrelson is great, makes Flynt a sleazy, arrogant & childish charmer.
Larry Flynt is the hedonistically obnoxious, but indomitable, publisher of Hustler magazine. The film recounts his struggle to make an honest living publishing his girlie magazine and how it changes into a battle to protect the freedom of speech for all people.
