  3. It's not a mature song but it's a mature performance. Honestly, that's a great point. I hadn't thought about it but that might be why teens connect to it, and why older people like it too. It does touch some nostalgia buttons for a lot of people, especially since we are all so sad thanks to the Rona situation.

  4. I have to say, Todd's videos have gotten a lot better lately. I feel like he's now way above other Youtube music critics who just do "slam dunk on bad pop songs" type videos. Like it's easy to do the "pop music is manufactured now, something something autotune" or "I hate this song so nobody else should like it either" but I like his analysis here.
