  1. Welcome to the Jo Richardson Community School website. JRCS, which opened in 2002, was the first new secondary school to be established in Barking and Dagenham for over 40 years. Our motto “ Success for All ” underpins everything that we do at the school and puts the students’ achievements at the centre of our vision.

  5. The Jo Richardson Community School, often referred to as Jo Richardson or simply JRCS, is a secondary school in Dagenham, East London. The school is named in honour of MP Jo Richardson .

  6. Admissions. The Local Authority (LA) is required by law to co-ordinate admissions for all secondary schools within the borough. This LA is part of the Pan-London Coordinated Admissions System. The Admissions Executive Board is responsible for the scheme that co-ordinates admissions to schools across all boroughs.
