The Sylvia Young Theatre School places great emphasis on high academic standards and on excellence in the performing arts. Our aim is to develop the whole person as well as providing a unique opportunity for students with potential in the performing arts to train and to perfect their skills.
The School Open Day tour for prospective parents & children will take place in; October 2024. Our school is unique in that the week is divided into two - Monday-Wednesday students follow their academic studies and Thursday-Friday students follow their vocational programme.

5 de jun. de 2024 · On October 31st 1943 Sylvia Kay Lockett (nee Saunders) was born to the union of Darwin and Iris Saunders. On June 5th 2024 she passed peacefully at her residence in Columbus Ohio. Sylvia moved to Wooster from Mansfield at a very young age as her father was fighting in World War II.
