Echoes (エコーズ, Ekōzu) is the Stand of Koichi Hirose, featured primarily in Diamond is Unbreakable and appearing briefly in Vento Aureo. Rare among Stands, Echoes takes three distinct forms called "ACTs", which Koichi may call upon alternately.

Act 3 is about the "weight of your words". Within a small radious, it makes objects heavier by about 40-50 kilos. Although the combining words theory you have seems cool, nothing indicates this is how the stand works. The "three" "freeze" comments seem to be part of Act 3's playful personality.

The only explanation that relates to sounds that makes sense to me is that act 3 gains an ability from rhyming words (even though 3 doesn't really rhyme with freeze, but that is a moot point), which would allow it to keep the sound based power and progress in power.
