Israel Vibration are a reggae harmony group, originating from Kingston, Jamaica. Lascelle "Wiss" Bulgin, Albert "Apple Gabriel" Craig, and Cecil "Skelly" Spence all contracted childhood polio, and went on to be a Jamaican roots reggae group in the 1970s.
Skelly was one of the members of the first musical group from Mona - the Ska Band “The Hot Lickers”. He is one of the founding members of Israel Vibration. BIO. Israel Vibration was founded by Cecil "Skelly" Spence (born in 1952), Lacelle "Wiss" Bulgin (born in 1955), and Albert "Apple Gabriel" Craig (born in 1955, deceased in 2020). They were victims of the polio epidemic that spread through Jamaica in the 1950's.

Biografía. Sus miembros Cecil Spence (Skelly) y Lascelle Bulgin (Wiss) nacieron en Jamaica. Cada uno es victima del poliomielitis (polio). Se conocieron cuando niños en el centro de rehabilitación Mona, en donde fueron ingresados dados los recursos limitados de su familia y por sus necesidades medicas especiales.
