TSA has issued Title 49 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations Part 1552 that prohibits a flight school from providing flight training in an aircraft or aircraft simulator to non-U.S. Citizens without TSA approval.
The Flight Training Security Program (FTSP) is supported by TSA’s enrollment provider for fingerprint capture services as part of the application process. All FTSP candidates must begin their application at: www.fts.tsa.dhs.gov before they can be fingerprinted or participate in flight training.
