You can obtain a save file by opening Clicker Heroes, going to Settings, and clicking 'Save'. There are a lot of things you can tweak. e.g. python3 clicker_edit.py SAVEFILE --not-hasSeenZone100Tip This will disable the hasSeenZone100Tip flag.
Itshax has a good save editor, but an easier way may be to use the instructions here and then just drop the number of rubies you have to 10% (to match the number of rubies on the PC versions). If you plan on using an auto clicker, do not use the steam version of the game.
