REDUX was coded in GMS2 to perfectly recreate Five Nights at Freddy's 2 while adding optional gameplay improvements, controller support, achievements, native 16:9 support, more animations, and even more to explore. Anything that changes the general FNaF 2 experience is optional.
Five Night's at Freddy's 2 Retrofitted Edition is basically FNaF2 with a good number of changes that improve the overall gameplay. These changes being: Improved mechanics.
