Pere Ubu es un grupo de rock experimental formado en Cleveland (Ohio) en 1975. El único miembro constante en la larga historia del grupo es el cantante David Thomas. El grupo toma su nombre del personaje "Père Ubu" (padre Ubú) de la obra de teatro francesa Ubú Rey de Alfred Jarry.
