Rigs is an antagonist in Super Cat Tales 2. He makes his main appearance when the player fights him in the boss battle at the end of World 6. He also appears in World 7, where the player must rescue Luna from his hideout.
Rigs becomes a playable character in World 2-3 of Super Cat Tales: PAWS. Along with defeating enemies by running into them, he also has the ability to gain a boost upwards while defeating enemies in his jumping state.

Rigs approaches from the left and is told the location of the target (Mesa). A tornado minion approaches and Rigs tells the player that he will take a shortcut, using it to jump-boost into the upper part of the tower.
World 6 takes place in a magma world, where Alex and the other cats face Captain Lace and the Tin Pirates. This world's boss is Rigs in his helicopter.
