1995 logo (Pixar) In 1995, a CGI-customized version of the 1990 Walt Disney Pictures logo was introduced for Pixar movies. This logo uses a computer-generated facsimile of the castle and lacks the beam of light or segmenting, instead zooming out from the castle gates.
1998–present. In 1998, following the merger of Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Animation Studios, Disney began to brand all of its Pixar Movies under the Disney-Pixar name starting with A Bug's Life.
