Birdy is the first secondary character introduced in the game Conker's Bad Fur Day (and its respective remake Conker: Live and Reloaded). He first appears to a hungover Conker introducing himself, while also introducing the context-sensitive B button sequences, where Conker can instantly equip whatever he needs at the moment.
