It can be a bit of a tricky subject as people are very emotional with their favorite weapons, but here's the most objective list I could make of the best weapons in Anomaly 1.5. I've tested every single one of them and the results are a mix of stats (accuracy, damage, recoil, magazine size etc..) and actual use/impressions.
From my experiences in Anomaly I concluded that the main weapon must have an optical scope. Maybe when you are fighting bandits and wild dogs at cordon you don't need it, but when it comes to monolith soliders or more dangerous mutants like Controllers, it's lifesaving.

Premiar. [eliminado] • hace 2 a. My two cents in GAMMA. Note that as long as it shoots and you can feed it with ammo you're okay. Those are just the better ones. 5.45 - AEK-971 by a landslide. 5.56 - Any of them, probably Howa Type 20 or AR-15. AK 5C is good too.

Mejora de las armas mediante kits Boomsticks y Sharpsticks (mod que añade armas nuevas) introduce una nueva forma de mejorar las armas: utilizando kits de mejora. Esto te permitirá hacer que las armas sean más tácticas (añadiendo láseres o accesorios para reducir el retroceso).
