The basic feature of the mod is allowing Vampires to kill Sims with a bite. First change of the new version: the mod doesn't override Maxis interactions anymore, the deadly interactions are all in their own category to avoid conflicts with other mods:

This mod basically adds a variant of Deep Drink that will 100% kill the target you drink from. This mod adds the option to "Suck it Dry!" which will kill the target with 100% accuracy while giving increased vampirism exp and thirst. Make sure to install XMLInjector for the mod to function correctly!

Despite being named “Vampires Can Kill”, this mod by Zer0 is actually a collection of vampire-related tweaks that go beyond whether drinking blood can end a life. Its primary feature is, of course, adding the possibility to kill other sims by over-drinking.
