13 de feb. de 2022 · Black's Beach in San Diego speedo friendly. I've been to West Street and can confirm, but that was in 2009. Didn't get to Black's...has more difficult access according to this guide. The water temp at this time of year is COLD. Heck, when I was there in July, the water temp was only 70 or 71, about 21C. But hey, you're from Canada!
