David "Space Beaver" Guillas (born February, 1979) is a Canadian guitarist, formerly of Giant Sons [1] Rough Music, [2] and hardcore punk band Propagandhi. He left Propagandhi to pursue a career as a teacher. [3] He currently plays guitar in Agassiz, an instrumental rock band.

Supporting Caste is the first Propagandhi release with second guitarist David "The Beaver" Guillas and the first not released on the band's former longtime label Fat Wreck Chords. It is also the third Propagandhi release on their own label and the first on Smallman Records.

11 de dic. de 2023 · A song needs movement, dynamics, drama. Vocals can certainly provide this, but without vocals, what is one to do? I think instrumental parts—good instrumental parts—have a voice. The mood or flavour of a part is like a personality shade in the context of a song.
