Rickey Medlocke is an American musician, best known as the frontman/guitarist for the Southern rock band Blackfoot and a member of Lynyrd Skynyrd. He was born in 1950, played drums and sang lead for Skynyrd in the 1970s, and rejoined them as a guitarist in 1996.
