Mest es una banda de pop punk de Estados Unidos, formada en el verano de 1995 por los hermanos Tony (guitarra y voz) y Steve (guitarra) Lovato, y el primo de estos, Matt Lovato (bajo), quienes se unieron al baterista Nick Giggler.
Steve Lovato, también conocido como "Locust", montó un proyecto musical llamado Room One Eleven que incluye al ex ingeniero de iluminación y vendedor de mercancías de Mest, Phil Cirullo, también conocido como " Swylla" y el prodigio del hip hop Damien Ringo.
Mest is a pop punk band from Blue Island, Illinois. Cousins Matt Lovato and Tony Lovato formed the band together in October 1995. The band's last guitarist, Jeremiah Rangel, joined the band in 1998. Their previous guitarist was Steve Lovato, Tony Lovato's brother.
After the one-off "One Night Stand" show, Tony decided to rebuild Mest and go on a monthlong tour, with help from Chris Wilson (Good Charlotte, The Summer Obsession), and his brother and founding member, Steve Lovato (at the time in Room One Eleven).
Mest were one of the popular pop-punk bands of the current millennium. The band formed in 1996 in Chicago, Illinois by the Lovato cousins Tony (guitar, vocals) and Matt (bass). Other members were Steve Lovato (guitar) and Nick Gigler (drums).
