Dolphin works with most Action Replay codes (although the implementation is a little broken so some don't work). It also works with Gecko codes, which are preferred. There's no such thing as a raw format for cheat codes, though.

11 de sept. de 2024 · Pikmin 2: You can use this Gecko code to get this game running at 60 FPS with an added side effect of breaking cut-scenes. Thankfully, the code allows you to switch back to 30 FPS at any time by using the D-Pad on your controller.
Mario Kart: Double Dash always runs at 60 FPS, even with four players each with their subscreen. Even without a CPU Clock Override. Mario Kart 64 always run at 30 FPS, even with four players too. I use the overclock at 150% for Mario Kart 64 because it tends to lower to 20 FPS with so many players.
15 de sept. de 2024 · Note for Emulator Users: You can experience 60 FPS best on a Good PC or a High-End/Flagship Android Device with a Snapdragon(8XX series) SoC. (Don't know what's your SoC? Use the CPU-Z app or Aida64 app, you can install it from playstore). If on CITRA and your game runs below 30 FPS (like 10 FPS), using 60 FPS cheat WON'T HELP!!!
