Scott "Mad Dog" Raynor. was the original drummer in San Diego punkrock outfit Blink 182. After the album "Dude Ranch"was released in 1997, Scott left the band that same year to go back to college. Raynor was replaced by Travis Barker, previously of the Aquabats.
