UNNATURAL CANASTA. An unnatural canasta is made when a run of 7 cards of the same rank is created using wildcards (jokers, deuces). Stack the cards and place a black card on top of the pile to signal a canasta. An “unnatural” canasta earns 300 points in addition to its regular base value points.
8 de may. de 2023 · Canasta. Canasta is a meld of 7 cards with equal ranking. Clearly, it is unlikely to form a canasta directly in your hand. Usually, you must complete it gradually by adding cards to your or your teammate’s meld during the gameplay. Once a team has a canasta, one of the teammates can go out and close the round.
As with 2 players, two Canastas (per team) are required to “go out”. Similarly to 3 player Canasta, the player to the left of the dealer cuts, and the player to his right goes first. Again, play continues around the table in a clockwise motion. All other rules are consistent with the standard variation.

Shuffle 2 decks of cards together, including the jokers, and deal 11 cards to each player each round. Play melds (3 or more cards of the same rank) or canastas (a meld of 7 or more cards) to earn points.
